About the Event:

 

  • The alumni’s focused mainly on the  Essential  an interview to assess the  technical ability for the role, and the depth and breadth of the  knowledge in  chosen field. Technical interviews are also designed to assess your problem-solving skills, your communication skills, and your ability to think under pressure.
  • They also initiate the Resume enrichment  can help students strengthen their CVs.
  • They explained the purpose of the technical round is to determine if the candidate has the required technical skills for the job. The technical interview may include questions related to the candidate’s experience with specific programming languages, tools, or technologies.
  • Alumni’s discussed every interviews conducts multiple rounds to evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioural abilities before making hiring decisions. HR interviews are conducted to determine whether a candidate is suitable for the position by assessing the candidate’s personality, including their strengths and weaknesses.
  • The session ends with glimpse to the students on how to crack the technical interview. Many examples are shared to students and the session was highly an interactive one.
  • The session concluded with a vote of thanks by expressing gratitude to all the alumni’s.
