ALUMNI INTERACTION
The Department of Visual Communication, SRM IST Ramapuram organised an Alumni Interaction session for the students on 08.01.2024 at the preview theatre with Mr. Srinivasan, film maker (Batch 2016 – 2019), Mr. Vijay, actor ( Batch 2016 – 2019 ) and their team.
Mr. Srinivasan, Mr. Vijay and their team Vignesh.M,Raman Kalyan and Gowtham were welcomed by the students and faculties of the Viscom department which was preceded by the screening of their upcoming project “Life of Pazham”s poster, teaser and short film. Later, the team shared their experiences and journey as film makers with the students and recollected their memories as alumnus of the college. The students had the opportunity to engage and interact with the team, which allowed them to seek advice, gain insights and learn about navigating the challenges of making a film. The students got to receive valuable first hand advice and experience from their college’s alumnus.
The event was successfully conducted by the student co-ordinators in the guidance of Ms. P Yuvarani, Programme Co-ordinator, Visual Communication.
