PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

The department of visual communication organized the photography workshop at St Joseph matriculation higher secondary school, Butt  road, Chennai on 11^th October for 11^th and 12^th grade students .The Photography Workshop conducted for students was an informative and engaging event aimed at enhancing their photography skills. To introduce students to the fundamentals of photography, provide hands-on experience with camera equipment. To develop an understanding of composition, lighting, and framing. To encourage creative expression  through photography. The workshop began with a presentation on the basics of photography, covering topics such as camera types, exposure settings, and composition. Hands-On Practice: Students were provided with cameras and encouraged to experiment with different settings and techniques. They had the opportunity to practice taking photos both indoors and outdoors. The event was coordinated by Ms Sindhuja M.S Assistant professor and Mr Diwakar Assistant professor with student volunteers
