Music Video Screening and Interaction
On January 31, 2024, the Department of Visual Communication, School of Media Studies at SRM IST Ramapuram organized a Music Video Screening & Interaction as part of the Reengaram Viscom Music Club activity. The event took place from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at the preview theatre.
Dr. V. Prabakaran, Head of Media Studies, welcomed the audience, initiating the event. The highlight was the screening of “Katchi Sera,” the music video composed and sung by Sai Abhyankar. Followed with an interactive session with the singer Sai Abhyankar and lyricist Adesh Krishnan, fostering a friendly atmosphere for students to gain insights into technical aspects and on-the-spot composing.
The program also featured performances by music club members Sri Harish and Hansel. The event was successfully executed by P.S. Padmavathy, the staff coordinator, Viscom.
