7 DAYS NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON TAX PROCEDURE AND PRACTICES
The Department of Commerce conducted “7 days National Level Workshop on Tax Procedure and Practices” for UG and PG Students. The resource persons Day-1 CA Bhuvaneswari R.V– Discussed the topic GST Overview, Day-2 CA Sheshadri– the topic covered Set of Carryforward, Day-3 CA Sandhya.R– delivered the topic Clubbing of Income, Day-4 CA Santhosh D– topic covered Assessment of Individual, Day-5 CA Radha Lakshmi Ramani– discussed the topic Filling Returns of Income, Day-6 CA Bharathi P.S– the topic covered TDS and TCS, Day-7 CA Deepa Rao– topic discussed Deduction 80C to 80U. Chengalpattu District branch SIRC of ICAI, spoke on the above topic delivered well manner. The Online session was attended by around 180 students. The presentation followed by Q & A Session. The national level workshop was coordinated by the faculty members Dr.J. Sabitha, Asso.Prof, Dr. C.Sahila, Asso.Prof, Dr.R. Vijayalakshmi & Dr.J. Srinivasan Asst.Prof, Department of Commerce.
