Report- Whimsical’s-2024, Department of Fashion Designing, Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram
SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Faculty of Science and Humanities, Department of Fashion Designing has organized Whimsicals-2024, A Western-Wear Show, where 150 varieties of Western garments, designed and created by the students of Fashion Designing were displayed. The Chief Guests for the event Ms. Deepa Prabhu- Proprietor, Mayuka Fabrics, Trustee PSNA College of Engineering, Dindigul and Ms. Jyotsna Ganesh, Proprietor, Sajna Bridal wear motivated our budding designers by sharing their expertise in the field of Fashion. The show was an eye-opener to the students to learn, unlearn and relearn the nuances of creating designs. The event would certainly help students to bring novelty to their works. Dean S&H, Maj. Dr. M.Venkatramanan, delivered the presidential address. Vice Principal Academic, Dr. V. Saravanan felicitated the gathering. The event was a great success.
