Motivation speech by Alumni

Objectives:
• To motivate academic and professional interaction among the alumni and students
• To provide individuals with the tools, information, and resources needed for self exploration, Goal setting and planning, personal and professional growth, Decision making and adaptability.
• To encourage networking opportunities for both alumni and current students.
• To showcase the achievements of notable alumni to inspire and motivate the current students
• To help individuals identify short-term and long-term career objectives based on their self-assessment and career exploration.

Introduction
The alumni meet is to reconnect with the Alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements which was organized by the Flaming Falcons , Students Association of Department of Commerce.

Overview
The session commenced by 11:00 am. The event was hosted by Mr.Vishal Welcome address was delivered by Ms.Durisha. Mr. Gowtham S is an alumni of SRMIST batch 2015-2017, Mr Gowtham is a team leader and specialist in Standard chartered Bank. He is gregarious and a outgoing person. He shared his experience. Alumni and students had a very good interaction session. Alumni also interacted with the students and gave career guidance regarding higher studies and scope. Vote of thanks was delivered by Mr.Jagnesh and the guest was felicitated and honored by the members of our Flaming Falcons.

Conclusion
The session was indeed a great opportunity for the alumni and the students. With Mr.Gowtham’s approach, direction, and interaction in all activities motivated to make the event a great successful one.
