Summary of the Event:

Day 1:

The department organized an industrial visit for our I Year MCA Gen AI students at *Object Automation System Solutions, Chennai* on 05.08.2024.

Mr. K. Madhan (Tech Lead – Training) welcomed everyone and introduced object automation system solutions. He explained that the organization collaborates with industries and institutions, focusing on themes such as industry needs, the importance of internships, hardware solutions like HPC, and software solutions.

Mrs. S. Sri Kamani (Executive Tech Lead) provided an overview of the handled and ongoing projects in their organization, including digital agriculture, health care, anti-money laundering systems, AI-based KYC (Know Your Customer), and human assistance systems. She explained their chip design projects and showed the Raspberry Pi and Arduino models to the students. She gave clear insights into the projects, highlighting their relevance and importance for the students’ future career prospects.

Mr. Ramesh Krishnan (AI Assistant) provided a clear overview of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. He discussed the different types of machine learning: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. He also gave real-time applications related to machine learning.

The information provided by the speakers was invaluable for understanding current trends and preparing for future career opportunities.

Finally, we extend our gratitude to Object Automation Systems Solutions. for arranging an excellent session and for their hospitality.

Day 2:

The department organized an industrial visit for our I Year MCA students at Object Automation System Solutions, Chennai on 06.08.2024.

Dr. D. Kanchana, Assistant Professor, MCA proposed the welcome address.. Mrs. S. Sri Kamani (Executive Tech Lead) provided an overview of the organisation with vision of Object Automation System Solutions. Madam clearly explained about key colab, institution colab and University colab. She also introduced the projects handled by object automation system solutions. She explained that the organization collaborates with industries and institutions, focusing on themes such as industry needs, the importance of internships, hardware solutions like HPC, and software solutions.

Mr. Madhan Kartheesan (Tech Lead – Training) gave the importance of learning Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Computer Vision to student community. Sir also explained about the projects currently handled by Object Automation Software Solutions and clarified the doubts asked by students.

Student participants gave their feedback about the information provided by the speakers was invaluable and through this how they understand current trends and implement the same for future career opportunities.

The industrial visit to Object Automation System Solutions enriched our I Year MCA Gen AI students with practical knowledge of industry needs and current projects, enhancing their understanding of AI, machine learning, and hardware solutions. This experience clarified the real-world applications and career relevance of their studies. The insights gained will significantly aid in their academic and professional development.
