Profile of the Speaker:
Dr N Krishnamoorthy received his B.Sc degree in Physics from Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli, affiliated to Bharathidasan University in 1994. M.Sc (Applied Physics Computer Electronics) from Urumu Dhanalakshmi College, Tiruchirappalli, affiliated to Bharathidasan University in 1996 with University III Rank. He has completed MCA in the year 2000 and M.Phil (Computer Science) from Bharathidasan University in 2008. He has completed his Ph.D (Computer Science) from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai in 2024.
He has a rich experience of 24 years in handling classes for PG students in reputed institutions. He is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applications, SRMIST, Ramapuram, Chennai.
He has published 25+ research articles in reputed International Journals and presented research articles in National and International conferences. His research interests include Cyber Security, Clod Computing, IoT & Network Security.
Summary of the Event:
Journal Club event, Dr. T.Papitha Christobel opened the program with a warm welcome address, setting the tone for the day’s proceedings by emphasizing the critical importance of Paper Presentation & Journal Publication and introduced the esteemed guest speaker, Dr. N.Krishnamoorthy highlighting her extensive contributions to teaching and research, as well as her dedication to research in computer science field.
The guest speaker , Dr. Deepa Ponnaiyan, delivered an impactful address highlighting the significance of Paper presentation & journal publication. He emphasized the importance of paper writing , paper presentation, how to write the abstract with real time example, how to write the introduction part , the role of existing work & proposed work, importance of conclusion, what should be there in the future enhancement of work.
In conclusion, Dr. N.Krishnamoorthy encourage the students to write the paper and insists to follow the way of writing, Implement the work from the existing one, Show the novelty of work and publish the paper in the reputed journals.
