Entrepreneurial Journey Series: “Empowering Change: Startup Social Entrepreneurship for Future Leaders”
On 24th October 2024, the Faculty of Management, SRMIST, Ramapuram, organized a session titled “Empowering Change: Startup Social Entrepreneurship for Future Leaders” for first-year MBA students. Mr. Kannan Hari, Founder of Palm Era, shared his journey in social entrepreneurship, focusing on creating eco-friendly businesses that drive social impact. He discussed the key steps in launching a startup, from identifying problems to building sustainable business models, using Palm Era as a case study. The interactive session inspired students to explore social entrepreneurship as a means of creating positive change. The event was organized by Dr. Bini Marin V and Dr. Subha P, Assistant Professors, Faculty of Management.
