To foster a productive, engaging, and enjoyable approach to time management, a Time Management Workshop was organized for non-teaching faculty. Unlike traditional workshops, this session incorporated fun activities and interactive exercises to make the learning process lively and memorable. The workshop aimed to teach essential time management skills while creating a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged active participation and camaraderie among participants.
The workshop was designed to help non-teaching faculty:
• Learn to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Avoid procrastination and manage distractions.
• Foster teamwork and improve communication in the workplace.
• Boost team morale and create a positive learning environment.
The workshop was held as a half-day event and included a mix of interactive sessions, group exercises, and playful time management games with debriefing sessions to reflect on. Activities like Balloon Game, Ball game, Cup games etc., were administered as time bound activity. Participants enjoyed the session, felt happy and thanked the Faculty of Management for organising such an interesting and energising programme. This workshop has proven to be a beneficial resource for non-teaching staff and is expected to contribute positively to the overall efficiency and productivity of the institution. We thank our Management, Dean Dr. C. Sundar and HoD Dr. R. Arulmoli for their invaluable guidance and motivation that inspire us to host such events.
