Detailed Summary of Family Feud Competition
The Family Feud competition, inspired by the popular television game show, brought together teams to compete in a fun and engaging challenge where they guessed the most popular responses to various questions, testing their quick-thinking, teamwork, and knowledge across a range of topics. The event was structured into three main rounds, each designed to challenge the participants in different ways and create an exciting atmosphere throughout.
In the First Round, 20 teams registered to participate, and they were introduced to 30 different questions. Each question had a set of possible answers, and points were awarded based on how well the team’s answers matched the most popular responses. Teams were awarded points ranging from 15 to 30 out of a possible 30 points, with the highest-scoring teams advancing to the next round. After this round, the top 10 teams moved on to the Second Round.
The Second Round featured a signature round where participants were required to answer questions based on general happenings, with points given according to how closely their answers aligned with the opinions surveyed from a larger group. This round tested the participants’ ability to predict popular responses and think strategically. The top-scoring teams from this round moved forward to the Third Round, the final stage of the competition.
In the Third Round, only 5 teams remained to compete for the top positions. This round determined the final winners and runners-up, based on their scores from this final set of questions. The competition was intense, with each team showcasing their ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and collaborate effectively.
At the end of the event, the Winners were Mr. Bharat Kumar U.P and Mr. Gopikrishna T from SRMIST Ramapuram. They emerged victorious after successfully navigating the rounds with excellent teamwork and strategic thinking. The Runners-Up were Ms. Sharanya, Ms.Shamhitha, and Ms. Anshika from MOP Vaishnava College, who also performed exceptionally well throughout the competition.
The event was a huge success, providing a fun yet challenging experience for all participants and fostering teamwork, creativity, and quick decision-making skills.
