The Department of English and Other Foreign Languages, Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, successfully organized an Outreach Program at The Megha Foundation and Saranalaya Children Home, Tandalam as part of the Journal, Quiz, and Eco Club activities.
Held on 07/03/2025, the program aimed to enhance children’s communication skills and environmental awareness through engaging and interactive sessions.

The session, conducted by Dr. Balaraman, Dr. Nathiya, Dr. Agalya VT Raj,and Mr. Seliyan from Chennai Kaakaikoodu Publication, provided children with valuable learning experiences, helping them express their ideas fluently while understanding the fundamentals of creative writing.
Under the guidance of Dr. T. Sridevi, Associate Professor & Head of the Department, the initiative successfully inspired and empowered children with essential communication skills and ecological awareness. We extend our sincere appreciation to all faculty members and volunteers for their active participation in making this outreach program a meaningful and impactful experience.
