Introduction of the Chief Guest:
Dr. N. Ramalingam, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, took the stage to introduce the chief guest, Dr. B. Balamurugan, Professor & Head, Department of Mathematics at Velammal Institute of Technology, Panchetty, Chennai. He highlighted Dr. B. Balamurugan’s distinguished career, which spans over 32 years of teaching experience, and his remarkable contributions to the field of Queueing Theory.
Keynote Address:
The invited speaker, Dr. B. Balamurugan, delivered an enriching keynote address on the topic “Statistics for Artificial Intelligence.” Throughout the session, Dr. Balamurugan captivated the audience with his deep understanding of how mathematical concepts, specifically statistics, are pivotal in the development and application of AI systems.
