SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:

  • At the start of the program, the Welcome Address was delivered by Dr. Deepa, Associate Professor & Head – A&F.The session was handed over to Dr. K.S. Kamaludeen, who introduced the company and its software tools, explained how BI tools integrate with ERP and CRM systems, and emphasized the relevance of BI in both academic and industrial sectors.
  • The main objective of this program is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices by exposing faculty members to real-time Business Intelligence (BI), ERP, and CRM systems.

Faculty members from the department had an opportunity to enrich their knowledge, and the question-and-answer session was quite helpful to clarify doubts on the same.
