Leveraging a strong industry background, design and deliver relevant, results-driven, and transformational training programs in verbal ability, soft skills, corporate readiness, and personal development. Known for interactive, learner-focused delivery that inspires behavioural change, strengthens leadership capabilities, and enhances communication skills.

SUMMARY OF THE EVENT

The Women’s Wellness Program on “Personal Development and Menstrual Hygiene” was successfully conducted on 25th August 2025 at SRMIST, Ramapuram. The event began at 10:00 AM with a warm welcome address by Dr. R. Renuga Devi, followed by an felicitation speech by Dr. N. Vijayalakshmi, highlighting the importance of women’s health, personal development, and wellness in academic and professional life.

The session was delivered by the Resource Person, Mrs. Krishna Veni, who shared valuable insights on women’s personal hygiene and menstrual health. The talk emphasized:

  • Adopting safe and hygienic practices in daily
  • Maintaining physical and mental well-
  • Breaking common myths and misconceptions surrounding menstrual
  • Building confidence and resilience through self-care and personal

The interactive discussion encouraged participants to clarify doubts and actively engage with the topic, making the session highly participatory and informative.

As a thoughtful gesture, women’s sanitary kits were distributed to all participants at the end of the program, reinforcing the message of menstrual hygiene and self-care. The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mrs. S. Revathi, expressing gratitude to the resource person, organizers, and participants for contributing to the success of the program.

The Women’s Wellness Program effectively combined awareness, empowerment, and well-being, leaving a lasting positive impact on both faculty members and students.

OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAM: (Based of SDG)

Outcome:

The event successfully educated participants on personal development and menstrual hygiene, promoting healthy habits, awareness, and empowerment. Participants left the program feeling informed, confident, and motivated to adopt better personal care practices.

Overall, the program was engaging, impactful, and aligned with the department’s vision of holistic education and SDG advocacy.
