The Department of English & Other Foreign Languages, Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Ramapuram Campus, successfully organized an Open House of the Toastmasters Club for FSH students on 15th September 2025, at the Gallery Hall I, Block V.
The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries and featured a series of inspiring sessions that highlighted the significance of communication, leadership, and personal growth.

Welcome Address
Dr. J. Jabeela Shirlin, HoD, EFL Department warmly welcomed the gathering and set the tone for the program.
Presidential Address
Dr. S. Thirumagan, Dean, Faculty of Science and Humanities delivered the presidential address, emphasizing the importance of platforms like Toastmasters in shaping students into confident leaders and speakers.

Toastmaster’s Address
The keynote speaker, Ms. Priya Ganesh — Toastmaster, Founder of BRIDGEGap International, and NLP Practitioner — captivated the audience with her address on the power of self-expression, leadership, and transformation through the Toastmasters journey.

Students actively participated in the interactive session, engaging with the speakers and gaining valuable insights on communication, confidence-building, and leadership skills.
