The Faculty of Management proudly hosted a compelling and insightful session titled “Industry Preparedness for Management Students” as part of the Orientation Programme 2025.
We had the distinct honour of welcoming Dr. Madhumitha Gomathinayagam, Manager – HR Operations and India’s first transgender HR professional, as our esteemed guest speaker. Her presence and words were nothing short of inspiring.
During the session, Dr. Madhumitha shared her expert insights and real-world experiences on some of the most essential competencies for today’s aspiring professionals. Her talk centered on:
