Ganesh Gopalan is the Founder & CEO of Lissomsoft Technologies, a Risk Tech company specializing in operational risk, compliance, and business continuity solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, he has expertise in BPM, ERP, DMS, HR, low-code platforms, mobile apps, IoT, and RFID. He spent over a decade as Vice President in the Middle East, delivering enterprise solutions for banking and insurance. Dr. R. Manju Priya

Dr. R. Manju Priya is an Associate Professor with 20 years of teaching experience, currently serving at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Bharathiar University and has authored books in Banking, Financial Services, and International Marketing. Her research spans marketing, finance, HR, e-commerce, green marketing, and digital transformation, with numerous Scopus and Web of Science-indexed publications. She has received multiple awards including the Best Teaching Award (2019) and Young Woman Educator & Scholar Award (2020). Actively engaged as a researcher, author, and conference organizer, she continues contributing to academia with patents, publications, and Ph.D. guidance.

Dr. S. S. Mani Prabu

Dr. S. S. Mani Prabu is an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering at Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, with post-doctoral and research experience at IIT Delhi, IIT Indore, St. Petersburg University (Russia), and Chung-Ang University (South Korea). He holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgy Engineering and Materials Science from IIT Indore, specializing in shape memory alloys, welding, additive manufacturing, and laser material processing. His work has been published in several high-impact Q1 SCI journals and presented at international conferences. He has received awards including the Best Paper Award (IIT Indore, 2019) and Sakura Science Fellowship (Japan). With over 20 peer-reviewed publications and patents, he actively contributes to advanced materials research and innovative manufacturing technologies.

Dr. Manjula Nagarajan

Dr. Manjula Nagarajan is an Associate Professor in Marketing and Chairperson of Admissions at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, with over 18 years of academic experience. She holds an MBA, M.Phil., PhD, and has completed FDPM from IIM Ahmedabad. Her specialization areas include Marketing Management, Sales and Distribution, and Bottom of the Pyramid strategies. She has presented and published extensively in national and international forums and led numerous faculty development programmes. Her research interests focus on green marketing, sustainable strategies, and consumer behavior.

Mr. Paul Sundar Singh

Paul Sundar Singh is a Master Technology Architect and Digital Architect at Accenture, leading the Industrial Industry practice and driving innovation through the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT). He focuses on digital transformation across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and product services optimization. As Innovation Lead for Automotive and Industrial Equipment, he has pioneered solutions like the Digital Factory with Industry X.0 and SAP Leonardo. He actively contributes thought leadership at global forums such as Hannover Messe, SAP Co-Innovation Day, and IoT World Asia. Holder of four patents, he strongly believes that innovation is life, driving continuous reinvention and efficiency for clients worldwide.

Dr. V. Muthukumar

Dr. V. Muthukumar is an Assistant Professor and Research Supervisor at the Department of Commerce, Madras Christian College, Chennai.
He brings 16 years of teaching experience, specializing in Accounting and Taxation.
His academic interests extend to International Trade and Taxation Research.
Dr. Muthukumar has served at several renowned institutions and guided four research scholars.
He is a published researcher and serves as a board of studies member at Pope’s College, Sawyerpuram and Bon Secours Women’s College, Tanjore.
