RESOURCE PERSON DETAILS – BRIEF PROFILE OF THE SPEAKERS

Mr. Manoj Kumar Balasubramanian is a enthusiastic HR professional with nearly a decade of industry experience in talent management and HR operations. He holds an MBA (2015) from Sathyabama University and a BBA (2013) from Guru Nanak College.

He began his professional journey at Vertx Solutions (2015–2016) and then served as an HR Executive at Virtusa (2016–2018). Since 2018, he has been associated with LTIMindtree, where he currently serves as Senior Manager – HR, Talent Solutions.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Manoj is passionate about fitness and driving, which reflect his energetic and focused approach to both life and leadership.

SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:

As part of the Induction Program organized by the Faculty of Management, Department of Business Administration, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Manoj Kumar Balasubramanian, HR Executive at LTIMindtree, as our guest speaker.

During the session, Mr. Manoj shared valuable insights on key life and career skills such as effective communication, self-confidence, willingness to learn, and problem-solving abilities. Drawing from his personal and professional journey, he encouraged students to stay resilient, open-minded, and proactive in their learning path.

The interactive talk left a positive impact on the students, helping them align their mindset with both academic and industry expectations.
