The Faculty of Management, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized the inauguration of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Student Chapter on 27 January 2026. The initiative aimed to strengthen professional exposure and industry interaction for management students. The event was graced by senior HR leaders from the NIPM Madras Chapter, who shared their insights on professional branding, networking, and the role of NIPM in shaping HR practices in India. The program included a welcome address, guest felicitation, expert sessions, and the formal induction of student members into the NIPM Student Chapter. The sessions were interactive and provided students with practical perspectives on career development, networking, and engagement with the HR profession. The issuance of membership certificates marked the official induction of students into the NIPM Student Chapter and strengthened their connection with a recognized professional body. We thank the Management, Dean Dr. S. Praveen Kumar, and HOD Dr. R. Arulmoli for their continuous support and encouragement in organizing this initiative.
