- Understand the mapping of Mission, Vision, Core Values and Objectives
- Understand the Competency / Potential / Strength / Weakness with respect to Role
- Understand 11 Sub categories of Knowledge Dimensions and 19 Sub categories of Cognitive Process Dimensions of Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Understand the Semester System, Curriculum, Syllabus and Regulations 2020-2021.

- Differentiate between Curriculum and Syllabus
- Place Instructional Objectives in Bloom’s Taxonomy Table Effectively
- Identify their Strength and weakness
- Prepare Structured Question Paper to Assess Lower Order and Higher Order Thinking Skills (Revised Bloom’s 6 Levels of Thinking)
