WEBINAR ON WHY TO CHOOSE FASHION DESIGNING

The Department of Fashion Designing conducted a one-day webinar on 02.07.2021 titled ‘WHY TO CHOOSE FASHION DESIGNING ‘ for the 11^th and 12^th std school students. Ms Chinnu Babu, Assistant Professor, SRMIST, Ramapuram, Chennai welcomed the gathering.  The Resource person, Dr Sheela John, Head, Department of Costume Design and Fashion, Bishop Appaswamy College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore delivered a brief note on the various opportunities and different scope in fashion designing. Opportunities and role in different field like costume designer, CAD designer, Fashion stylist, and entrepreneur opportunities, Merchandiser are explained.  The online session was attended by around 35 students.
