Department of Commerce (AF) organized an Orientation program for B.Com AF 2021 batch students on 28th July 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This session has been organized to explain the basic details about B.Com AF, the details like department syllabus, scope, opportunities, and placement details were delivered by Mrs. R. Vinodhini. The guest speaker was heartily welcomed by Dr. V. Deepa, Head In-charge, B. Com AF and Guest was introduced to the gathering by Dr. R. Aarthi Alamelu.
The orientation program is rich in content and highly interactive. The guest speaker, Dr. Karthiya Banu, Founder & CEO Inspire Softech Solutions Chennai gave an enthusiastic speech. Students were asked to post their responses in the chat box and the meeting had two-way communication. The guests began with a ?Positive Affirmation Prayer? and asked the students about their roles in this session. She started the speech with ?Story Time,? she enthusiastically told a story. Then she has a deep insight into financial freedom, manages our time, wakes up early, and finally asked the students to focus on their dreams and reshape themselves in the near future.
The program was very interactive; the students also participated actively and answered questions related to the topic. About 35 students participated in the orientation program activity. Finally, vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. R. Vinodhini, Assistant Professor of Commerce (AF).
