INAUGURAL FUNCTION 09-08-2021
The Department of Computer Applications is conducting Five Days Faculty Development Programme in Recent Trends from 09-08-2021 to 13-08-2021. The inaugural function and day one session of the FDP was conducted today at 09.30 am
Dr.R.Agusthiyar Professor & HOD/BCA presented the welcome address. During his address, he welcomed the chief guest of the event. He elaborates on data collection and data organization.
Dr.N.Asokan- Vice Principal– Academic-CSH offered felicitations. During his address he elaborated the importance of research. He encourages the Department for conducting the five days Research Development Programme in Recent trends.
Dr.J.Dhilipan- Vice Principal- Admin-CSH offered felicitations. During his address he appreciates the department to initiate the research development program. He insisted that Faculty Development program gives the strong foundation for education and it also ensures the quality in education system.
Dr.C.Sundar- Principal CSH offered Presidential Address. During his address he welcomed the participants and explained the importance of the research and publications. He insisted the faculty to give the awareness on the importance of mathematics.
Mrs S.Sindhu –AP/B.C.A elaborated the idea of conducting the FDP. This FDP is focused on Recent Trends. As a researcher, it is mandatory for one to know the basics of research, in order to satisfy the purpose of research and establish an acceptable conclusion.
The objective of this Faculty Development Program is to introduce the participants to the world on Recent Trends, and give an insight into how and where it can be used. This FDP proved to be an eye-opening session for beginner and middle level researchers, and also aimed at imparting the skills required to handle different tools and technologies that are useful during the entire process of research and scholarly communications. This FDP has intended to orient participants towards developing their own research plans, paying due attention to every stage of research.
The sessions are handled by Professors and Industry personnel from reputed Institutions and Industry, and also it is covered various area of research. The FDP attracted more number of participants from across the country. E-Certificate was distributed to all the participants.
