Department of English and other Foreign Languages, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram campus organized a webinar on Indigenous Representation in Literature on 11.09.2021 between 10 am to 11.30 am organized under Dr.V.Rema, Head of the Department with the faculty coordinator, Dr.N.Sumathi, Assistant Professor. Participants registered through google forms. There were more than 225 participants registered for the webinar at National level. The resource person, Dr.S.Krishna, Assistant Professor, Department of English, AMET University enlightened the webinar with indigenous representation in various literature from Indian, Australian and Canadian etc. The focus of the webinar was to throw light on the research perspectives of various indigenous people, their society and their culture and dominance of colonized world on them. The webinar projected different perspectives of text from different literature and various research dimensions in the indigenous representation in literature. The session was conducted in zoom and live streamed in youtube. The resource person clarified the questions at the end of the session and feedback link was posted to the participants
