A webinar on Social Responsibility Among Students -A Need of the Hour

The webinar began formally with a Prayer Song
- Dr. V. Deepa – Head i/c A&F gave a Warm welcome to the resource person and the student participants.
- Dr. R.Aarthi Alamelu, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce (A&F) introduced the chief Guest to the gathering.
- Mr. Pavithran D R B.Com (CA), MBA Assistant General Manager – KAP & SAP James & Co, Madurai delivered a simple speech by motivating the student to view the society in different perceptive. He shared his personal experiences with the gathering as a social activist. He highlighted that to serve mankind being rich is not important but being human is important. He insisted to the youngsters to “Step forward to take up responsibility”
- The session was very simple with deep message and the students felt happy in participating the webinar .
- Around 185 students participate. Received positive feedbacks from the students.
- Mrs. Vinodhini.R proposed the formal vote of thanks and the session was successfully completed with a National Anthem.
