 Organized HR EXCELLENCE  AWARDS 2022 on 12th march 2022 in association with Business Standard.

                                    Dr.C.Sundar ,Dean(S&H)  addressed the gathering and welcomed the honourable dignitaries.                                              Dr.V.Subbiah Bharathi, Director , SRM IST , Ramapuram, expressed his gratitude towards the participants & the HR community with a great happiness. Special Address  by Dr.N.Sethuraman, Chief Director , SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram & Trichy Campus and Presidential Address  by Dr.R.Shivakumar Chairman, SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram & Trichy Campuses. He highlighted the placements , working environments and the  opportunities at SRM IST Ramapuram . He also shared the learnings from his career which was astounding.

Dr.Senthamarai Gokulakrishnan, Founder , Betamonks Factory Pvt Ltd, enthusiastically addressed the keynote address and   she highlighted entrepreneurship & career should go hand in hand and listed the to-do’s to cheer the gathering  in order to achieve  heights in life.

Inaugural address by

Mr.Charles Godwin, HR Leader, Zoho Corporation. The whole of Charles’s biography became the topic of the day .Entirely Godwin highlighted never ever compare yourself with human beings. all the words from him insisted the gathering to follow & grab the inner passion Recognition & excellence will come on the way if we do our passion was inscribed on the speech. entirely the point stressed was “what we think is what we become” Charles strongly concluded that HR is nothing but *HUMAN RELATIONS” & thus it depicts HANDLE PEOPLE WITH CARE.HRs from IT/ITES , banking ,manufacturing, media were honoured.

Excellence awards were given to  Ms. Priyadarshini Bharath(Senior director – Human Resources ,Smartek21 private limited), Mr.Gautham( Senior associate lead – Talent acquisition, Infosys Limited ), Mr.Saravanan Thinagarasamy (Impiger Technologies – Chief Human Resource Officer) , Mr.Philip Ruban (HR Manager, Danfoss Industries Pvt. Ltd) Dr.Mohan Parthasarathy  (Deputy General Manager HR Shriram city union finance ltd) and Under Team category to Akshaya Private Ltd.  All the nominees were honoured  and appreciated. Vote of thanks was given by Dr.K.Priya  Coordinator of the HR Excellence award,   thanking the members of the event and management for the opportunity given by exchanging the gratitude.
