In order to give you the knowledge with which you can rule the world, in order to resurrect yourself from the learnings, in order to relearn, and unlearn the shared wisdom, English and Other Foreign Languages department at SRM Institute of Science and Humanities has organized a 2-week FDP for the upliftment and up-gradation of the education world. Under this inimitable international meet, there are 3 international speakers from Ethiopia, Indonesia and Bangladesh. The other nine speakers are from different states of India like Karnataka, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Almost all the major topics under Research Methodology like Essence of Research, Literature Review, Quality Thesis Writing, Research and Publication Ethics, Plagiarism checking, anti-plagiarism tools, MLA stylesheet, IPR, Survey method and Data collection, Bibliography and Referencing etc. have been dealt with. There are some exceptional participants who have been active throughout the 2-week FDP programme. My congratulations to them. There are 1430 registrations too. Highly intellectual brains have assembled under a single umbrella which clusters nearly 300 academicians, heads of the departments, deans, professors, associate and assistant professors. SRM Institute of Science and Humanities whole-heartedly thanks the Resource persons for having accepted our invitation and feels proud of its participants who have made this 2-week FDP an epic accomplishment.
Outcome:
The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) facilitated and upgraded the knowledge, and skills and widened the research opportunities of scholars, and professors from various disciplines. It gave an in-depth understanding of research and had shown them the implications and applications of research in various fields.
