The Department of Computer Science and Applications (MCA) organized Orientation Programme on Future Trends and Scope of Data Science in AI” on 18-8-2022 at Hi Tech Hall 2, TRP Auditorium at 10 AM.  The chief guest for the event Mr.Venkatrenga Gupta, Managing Director, DeepSphere AI Pvt Ltd, Chennai. 56 students from I BCA Data Science participated in the event.  Dr. J. Dhilipan presented welcome address. The main Objective of the event is creating awareness and developing in depth knowledge about AI Concepts and important role of Data Science in AI Technology among the freshers. The Speaker Mr. Venkatrenga Gupta began the lecture by explaining the importance of Data Science in current scenario. Also the speaker shared information about importance of data in analytics, given brief introduction about history of AI technology, and future scope of AI concepts in terms of Data Science. He concluded his address by explaining about the need for data science for young generation and various opportunities available for Data Science analysts.  Then the entire session was opened to the students for clarification of their doubts and interaction. The entire session was much useful for freshers.
