Bridge Course for First year students

 The Department of Visual Communication organized bridge course for first year students from 29^th Aug,2022 to 2^nd Sep,2022. In Day 1, the overview of the department was presented by Dr.V.Prabakaran, Associate Professor & Head of the Department. In continuation Ms. P.Yuvarani,Asst.Prof gave a powerpoint presentation on the curriculum design, syllabus, discipline, events and placement details.  Day 2 Ms.Padmavathy discussed about the new media basics and Mr.Divakar gave an overview about the understanding of 3 elements in photography. Day 3 the fundamentals of Visual Communication was discussed by Mr.Rangarajan and Mr.D.Saravanan shared his ideas about importance of design in various forms. Day 4 Mr.Prabu gave an overview about television production and Mr.B.Saravanan discussed about visual storytelling. The first year students found the session very useful and informative.
