ALUMNI TALK ON ROADMAP FOR SUCCESS and INTRODUCTION TO ADULTHOOD

(Session-I and Session -II)
The Department of Computer Science has organized One day Alumni Talk on RoadMap for Success for the First-year students. On 18.08.2022 Session-I was handled by Mr.Monish Raam B.Sc Alumni (2018 to 2021 Batch) Tech Associate, De Shaw India Pvt.Ltd, Hyderabad. The Session-II was handled by Mr.R.Vishal B.Sc Alumni (2018 to 2021 Batch) Application Consultant, Disys. The Motto of The Programme is to provide the career guidance to the students through Alumni Interaction to enhance the skill sets. Mr.Udayakumar presented the welcome address. Total Participants: 111. During his address, he welcomed the Resource Person of the session and first year Students.
ROADMAP FOR SUCCESS (SESSION-I)
Session-I was handled by Mr.Monish Raam started the session with the Introduction of e-learning. He insisted the students to do online certification course. He also insisted that the students have to make use of CDC &VAC classes properly for their career development. He illustrated the perspectives of career and he gave a clear-cut information about Placement. He elaborated the scope and opportunities of B.Sc degree. Total Participants: 56. Then the session was open to the students for interaction and he answered the queries raised by the students.
INTRODUCTION TO ADULTHOOD (SESSION-II)
Session-II handed by: Mr.R.Vishal and he insisted the students to concentrate more on Internship training. He also Insisted the student to enhance the Communication skill. He discussed about placement activities and insist the students to focus more on the career development course. He added the various facilities provided to the students studying in SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Total Participants: 115. The entire session was very useful and informative to everyone. The session formally ends with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. S. Umarani, Professor & Head / CS
