The Department of Computer Science has organized One day Alumni Talk on Path to Success for Final year students on 25.07.2022. The motto of the programme is to provide the career guidance to the students through Alumni Interaction to enhance employment opportunities. Dr.S.Umarani presented the welcome address.During her address, She welcomed the Resource Person of today’s Session,Staffs and Students.She insisted the students to make use of the session in order to prepare well for the placement drive. Alumni Session handed by Mr. Sree Krishna G (2018 – 2021 Batch ). Associate Software Engineer, Prodapt Solutions, Chennai. He started the session with the Introduction to Aptitude test and the Technical rounds of Interview process in Placement Drive. Also he insisted that the students have to make use of placement Training, CDC &VAC classes properly to get ready for the placement. He also explained the detailed process of Interview conducted in Infosys, including the skill sets needed, weightage given for each skill and time allotted for attending the test such as Reasoning ability, Technical ability, Verbal ability and Numerical puzzle ability. He illustrated the perspectives of career and he gave a clear-cut information about how to prepare well for the placement in ease. He discussed about the importance of Resume building and getting involved in Mini project to add weightage to the resume. Then the session was open to the students for interaction and he answered the queries raised by the students. The entire session was very useful and informative to everyone. Total Participants: 65. The session formally ends with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr. D.Siva, Assistant Professor / CS.
