The college of Science and Humanities, SRM IST organized an inter-house mega cultural fest, RAMPUS 2023 on 31st March and 1st April 2023. The chief guest of RAMPUS 2023 was Shri. Balakrishna Islavath, Deputy Director/Scientist, Senate Member (UoM), Executive Member, Center for IOT (Anna University), Center for Electromagnetics, Chennai and Shihan Hussaini, an Indian karate expert and an actor was the chief guest for the valedictory function. Dr.V. Subbiah Bharathi, Director, SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram Campus presided over the function. Major. Dr. M. Venkatramanan, Dean, College of Science and Humanities, SRM IST, Ramapuram and Dr. Usha Menon, Dean, Campus Life and Alumni, SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram Campus felicitated the event. Mr. Mukundhan. A, President, Students Council, Campus Life (2022-23) welcomed the gathering and Mr. Aryan Katachi, President, Students Council, Campus Life (2022-23) proposed the vote of thanks. Five on-stage and six off-stage competitions were conducted. Mr. & Ms. Rampus, the Music Band, and the Group Dance left a lasting impression on the audience. The team Trishul won the overall championship, while the team Prithvi bagged the runner-up title.
