Ist Year Orientation Programme
The First Year Orientation Programme for freshers was organized by the Department of Visual Communication, College of Science and Humanities at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram Campus. The event took place on July 10, 2023, and featured Ms. Toshila Umashankar, a renowned Radio Jockey, as the chief guest. The program commenced with a warm welcome extended to our Chief Guest, and the welcome address delivered by
Dr. V. Prabhakaran, the Head of the Visual Communication Department, followed with the Chief Guest’s speech. The students were inspired by Ms. Toshila Umashankar’s speech and they expressed their immense delight and found the session to be incredibly valuable, which further fueled their enthusiasm. Following the Chief Guest’s speech, the students engaged in an interactive session that proved to be a fruitful discussion. This orientation program served as a platform for students to expand their knowledge and gain vital insights into their respective areas of interest and passion.
