The Department of Commerce conducted a  “7- DAYS NATIONAL LEVEL WORKSHOP” From July 24^th  to July 31^st  23 (2.00 pm -3.00pm) titled “INDIAN TAX SYSTEM AND STRUCTURE” in Association  with CHEGALPATTU DISTRICT  Branch of SIRC OF ICAI ,Exclusively for Second Year B.Com  and Final Year M.Com students. The Resource persons, Spoke on all 7 Days about various Income Tax heads like Residential Status, Salary, House Property, Capital gains, Income from other source, and Deductions under section 80.The online session was attended by around 250 students. The presentation was followed by a Q & A session. The 7 DAYS WORKSHOP was well-coordinated by the faculty members. Dr. J .Sabitha  & Dr.C.Sahila Assistant Professors,  Department  of Commerce.
