  • As the President of SAHA (Science & Humanities Association) organized many students Motivation Programme for First Year & Final Year Students.
  • As the convenor of Forum of Physical Sciences organized many programmes for First Year Students in SRM University, Ramapuram Campus, Chennai.
  • As a convenor organized a National Conference on New Renaissance in Chemical Research on 04-03-2011 in SRM University ,Ramapuram campus.
  • As a convenor organized a One Day Workshop on Chemistry popularisation for School Teachers and Students catalysed and supported by DST and Association of Chemistry Teachers, Homibhaha Center for Science education, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai on 23 rd August ,2013.
  • As a convenor organized the International Conference on Advances in Civil Engineering and Chemistry of Innovative Materials on 13 th and 14 th March 2014.
  • Being the coordinator for the Faculty Development Programme of SRM University regularly organizing Faculty Development Programs.So far more than 20 programs have been conducted under my covernership.
  • As a convenor organized a One Day Workshop on Chemical Education Research for the University and College Teachers in association with the Association of Chemistry teachers, Homibhaha Center for Science education, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai on 10 th August ,2014.
  • As a convenor regularly organizing Chemistry Research Colloquium Programs (Invited talks/workshops).So far 20 such programs have been organized.
  • As a convenor organized a 2 nd National Conference on New Renaissance in Chemical Research on 28 th and 29-08-2015 in SRM University ,Ramapuram campus.
