SRM College of science and humanities , Department of Business Administration Organized a
webinar on How to turn your ideas into start-up.
- The session was hosted by Mr. Pandian , founder of kathir sudhir automation solutions , Chennai .
- The session was started by the introduction of guest by one of our student from 1st year.
- Mr.Pandian started off with a poem and spoke about the culture reminding the students how old texts are still wise to this day.
- Also quoted saying Education is a very powerful tool. Explained to appreciate faculty .
- Later on he mentioned about student mentality and made students remember how to choose right leaders.
- Biggest problem in India is unemployment. In reality it is not the government fault rather you and me and every Indian , said Mr. Pandian.
- The session was conducted in a very interactive manner where students get to speak their opinions out .
- He concluded saying what all steps are needed to begin a STARTUP .
Session ended with vote of thanks and students were very moved and motivated.

Department of BBA organized an “ALUMNI TALK” on 25th January 2021 through Google Meet at 1:30 pm
- The guest of the “ALUMNI TALK” was Ms. Megha S, HR & Finance Manager Gambier Pvt. Ltd, Kochin.
- Ms. Megha, alumni of SRM RAMAPURAM, batch 2017-2020 completed her BBA and selected in on- campus recruitment in two companies.
- Dr.V.S.Sheeja – HOD/BBA inaugurated the session and gave a brief introduction about Ms. Megha’s profile.
- Mrs. Greeshma Menon R gave the welcome speech and handed over the session to Alumni.
- Ms. Megha spoke about the experiences in SRM and how it was useful for her career.

Training on How to Organise your Mind
Today SRM College of science and humanities , Department of Business Administration organized a training on how to Organise your Mind.
- The session was hosted by Mrs. Kiffa Suresh, Student Counselor , SRM RAMAPURAM.
- Meeting was held through Microsoft teams and over a 100 students had attended.
- The main motto of this session was to Enlighten and Empower the students.
- Meeting started with a very positive note and continued about how counselling actually help students in their college life , also dealt about how students are facing anxiety, depression and stress.
- By the end of the session it became very clear that any student can go and talk their heart out with kiffa mam.
- Students were happy and wanted more such inspiring sessions .

Webinar on How Blockchain Is Changing Our World
Today the Management world of SRM Institute of science and technology, RAMAPURAM Campus conducted webinar on How Blockchain Is Changing Our World at 11 Am on 11th November 2020 through the virtual application Google meet.
- The Esteemed Guests for the day were Mr.Raj Kapoor – The Blockchain Guy , Mr Ritesh Kumar – Director TPCRA , Mr Rajiv – Direction Genera TPCRA .
- Ms Sonia – faculty of SRM Ramapuram and One of our student from BBA welcomed the honorable guests where Faculty members and more than 100 students participated in the meeting.
- The Session started off with Mr. Rajiv introducing Mr Raj Kapoor with his words. After taking up session into his hands Mr. Raj explained about the importance of Blockchain technology in the world today.
- Some of the major points included saying “Blockchain is a platitude but in a hypothetical sense, as there is no real meaning that the layman can understand easily. It is imperative to learn Blockchain technology, how it works, and how it’s becoming vital in the digital world.”
- Mr Raj Kapoor concluded explaining how Blockchain is offering jobs all over the globe , ” Blockchain founders are also trying out numerous other applications to expand Blockchain’s level of technology and influence. Judging by its success and increased use, it seems that Blockchain is poised to rule the digital world of the near future.”
- This webinar concluded with a Beautiful vote of thanks and best wishes from the guests to the students.
