Dr. Lubna Suraiya, Assistant Professor in Commerce at Sri Vidya Mandir Arts and Science College Autonomous, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, Acted as a Resource Person for an invited Talk on Tran’s Entrepreneur Pride- Transformation Begin.
Dr. Lubna Suraiya discussed on the present position of Trans entrepreneurs, the problems for entrepreneurs and how a governments and other bodies to support the entrepreneurs. She discussed on factors will affect the entrepreneurship, and how the government will support the transgender entrepreneurs. A Tran’s gender’s career path is not simple and straight, they have to make extra efforts to be accepted.
