Event-Report
The Department of Biotechnology, SRMIST, Ramapuram was organized a one-week brand building event on “GREEN INVESTMENT 2.0” on the occasion of WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY-2023. Three online competitions were organized as a part of this program: ‘Trash into treasure’ (art creation using leaf litters or biodegradable wastes), ‘Know my plant’ (a write up of a plant with its image) and ‘Solution to plastic pollution’ (an essay writing competition). The school students were the participants for these competitions which was open from 05/06/2023 to 09/06/2022. A total of 30 contributions from the students were received, and e-certificates were provided to all of them.
