Session Report
The Department of Computer Science & Applications (MCA) Organized the JOURNALCLUB EVENT on Significance of Progressive Research for MCA students on 22.01.2024 through Physical mode.
The aim of this event is to enhance research knowledge, encourage, guide and train students to participate research activities. Our Guest speaker Dr.S.Subbaiah started the session by the introduction about Significance of Progressive Research and discussed the following points, Familiarize with the typical structure of academic papers, including abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references. Discuss the existing research and highlight the research gap that the aims of the study intend to fill. The title should be concise and accurately reflect the content. Be concise and avoid introducing new information in the conclusion. Carefully proofread the paper for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors. Report findings objectively, using tables, graphs, or figures as needed, and avoid interpretation in the results section. Finally Session Opened for the Questions, Dr.S.Subbaiah handled all the queries effectively. Entire session was very useful to the participants.
