- Introduced the chief guest and welcomed the gathering with an overview and understanding of wellness and personal care.
- T.S.Suganya introduced the guest and speaks about woman has a significant impact on health . The health of women and girls is of particular concern.
- Then Guest Mrs. Thenmozhi MBA began by giving us an women’s wellness is an important concern and understanding of what wellness and personal care is.
- She speak about Wellness is subjective to everyone’s life.
- She speak to us the essentials of eating lots of fruit and vegetables.
- She talks about the importance of eating more fish, including a portion of oily fish.
- She discussed the importance of sleep and to prioritize sleep.
- She discussed the wellness and health issues for women like depression, and anxiety.
- She gave suggestions given for fitness body maintenance through the exercises.
- students ask various doubts about their wellness and monthly disorders.
- Then Mrs.Parvathi Nagarajan speak about Women’s wellness’s vital target is to focus on those aspects concerning their well-being.
- Finally the session was ended with students feedback.

- M.Divya gave awareness to students about their mental, how to maintain our healthy lifestyle, body weight, and overall well-being physical health.
- Wellness doesn’t occur in a way where you can grab it in a short period. Good things take time—the process matters when you want to attain the wellness you require.
