DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (ISM) – Orientation Program Report

Department of Commerce(ISM) organized a Orientation program for B.com ISM leads on 29^th June 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This has been organized to explained the basic details about B.com ISM, scope and opportunities in B.com ISM. The guest lecture was delivered by an eminent speaker Mr. James Manoharan M, General Manager, Corporate Engagement Crampete Pvt Ltd and Brainvalley software pvt. Ltd.  The guest speaker was heartily welcomed by Dr. M. Suresh, Head In-charge, B. Com ISM – along with the program coordinators Dr. Ramu Vasu and Mrs. A. Meera.  Dr. Ramu Vasu Assistant  Professor hosted the event with great enthusiasm.The session was very informative and interactive. Resource person Mr. James Manoharan Mhad shared his intellectual skills with the students. The guest speaker gave insight into the scopes and opportunities of Commerce ISM and also throws light on the career and higher studies opportunities available after commerce graduation. He explained details about the features in B.com ISM course. Guest also spoke about the significance of commerce which provides the necessary link between the producers and consumers by digital marketing in this modern era. He spearheaded the session interactively with the participants. Students also participated enthusiastically and clarified their doubts relevant to subject. Nearly 20 leads are participated in this program. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. A. Meera, Assistant Professor of Commerce (ISM).
