The Department of Computer Science have organized Guest Lecture on Road Map of Java Programming for Second year B.Sc (CS) on 18-08-2022 (Thursday) Dr. Surya Susan Thomas presented the welcome address. She also welcomed and introduced the Guest speaker of the session to the Staff and Students. She insisted the students to make use of the guest lecture and asked the students to be active throughout the interactive session. The Guest Speaker was Mr .M.Jayabal, Founder & Solutions Architect , Desmos Lab, Coimbatore. Mr Jayabal started the session with the basic introduction of Java Programming language. He illustrated how to download Java JDK in the laptop/PC. He explained clearly the fundamental concepts of Java . He advised that every computer student should be well versed in Java in order to become a good software developer .Each module was explored with suitable examples. Finally, we had an interactive doubt session.The entire session was very useful and informative to everyone. Total Participants: 85. The session was formally concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr.R.Ramyadevi.
