The Department of Computer Science has organized Two Days Motivational Program Campus to Corporate for Final year students on 26.07.2022. The motto of the programme is to motivate and develop students in their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Dr.S.Umarani ( Hod/CS) presented the welcome address. She welcomed the Resource Person of today’s Session, Dean of Faculty of Science and Humanities, Vice Principal (Academic), Vice Principal (Admin), Staff and Students. She insisted the students to make use of the session and initiated students to be active throughout the interactive session. The Dean, Dr. Venkatraman, addressed, the development skills in workplace and to get successful in life. The Vice Principal (Academic). The Collaboration with industry is important for education. The Vice Principal (Admin) shared his thoughts by explaining Learning skills development in students. The Session was handed by the Resource person Dr.KarthiyaBanu, CEO, Inspire Infotech, Chennai. She Motivated students by interacting and made students to involve in activities. She insisted the importance of education and care given by parents and Teachers for the students’ career. She also educated the students, the behavioural and conduct of Student impact their parents both in positive and negative ways. Also Gave necessary tips to be as good Student for their better future. Play-way method to think with clear vision and focused in life in order to succeed in career and Triggered with new ideas that will benefit corporate for years to come. She also injected the importance of teamwork, confidence, positive thoughts, believing in ourselves and to be punctual in all time. Finally, She shared few motivational thoughts which inspired students. As a motivation token gift were also given. Total Participants: 92. The entire session was very useful and informative to everyone. The session formally ends with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr. D.Siva, Assistant Professor / CS.
Day 2 : 27.07.2022
Dr.S.Umarani ( Hod/CS) presented the welcome address. She welcomed the Resource Person of today’s Session and also she gave a brief introduction about the objectives of the program. She also emphasize that this program will be an eye opening session for the students to improve the interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. The Session was handled by Dr.KarthiyaBanu CEO, Inspire Infotech, Chennai. She started the session with motivational prayer. She created the entire forum with full of positive attitudes and make the session as interactive one and involve all the students to participate in many activities. She insisted the importance of behaviour, attitude, career and how to be stay focused to achieve the ambition.She also gave some essential tips to create a good skill set for leading a comfort zone in their life. Activities based learning method was inculcated to improve the thinking skills of students. Students gained a clear vision and triggered their mind set to stay focused to fullfill the expectations of the corporate during interview.She also emphasize the importance of teamwork, confidence, positive thoughts, believing in ourselves and to be punctual in all time. Finally, She motivated the students with token of gifts for the involvement and appreciated the thoughts of the students. Total Participants: 70. The entire session was very useful and informative to everyone. The session formally ends with photo session.
