Dr. J. Dhilipan, Vice Principal-Admin, Professor and Head, Department of Computer Applications (MCA) delivered the Welcome address.During his address he emphasized about the importance of organizing events like this, which is the Need of the hour. He addressed importance of AI and ML and its applications such as Education, Banking, Finance, Healthcare and etc. He concluded his address by stating that the students should take up more responsibilities on their shoulders to achieve their goals.
Felicitation Address:

Dr.V.Saravanan, Vice Principal-Academic, Head, Department of Computer Science delivered Felicitation address. He addressed usage of AI in various domain. AI is used everywhere like Fashion Designing, Visual Communication, Agriculture, Finance and etc.He concluded his address by explaining about the future of AI.
Presidential Address:
===============
Maj. Dr.M.Venkatramanan presented the Presidential address and welcomed the chief guest for their valuable presence. He appreciated Department of Computer Science and Applications for conducting lot of events for the benefit of students. He then discussed how AI replaces human work and how AI technology adopted in this world.
He concluded his address by stating that the MCA department is always vibrant in conducting events for the benefit of the students and this forum will help in reducing the gap between the institution and industry.

Title :Metaverse and Web3, Demystifying the myth and math
- Kewyn George, Council Member – Future IT & Emerging Technologies, Government of Tamilnadu.
- He started his session with an introduction of employability in Chennai, Tamilnadu and India
- He also stated about the world wide employability and how the students are competing with current industry needs.
- He gave brief introduction about employability ratio and stated that out of 8.2 crores people in Tamilnadu, limited people only are getting placement opportunities. Out of 1.38 billion population, 50 lakhs people were hired by IT companies in India.
- The placement purely depends on attitude of the students, skills, knowledge.
- He discussed about timing and its importance. How to utilize the time properly in this digital world.
- He discussed, there are 5 million job openings available in upcoming years. 9.3 million job openings available especially in Tamilnadu.
- He pointed out why students always learn new technology and up skill yourself
- He denoted two important skills to acquire by every student such as Foundation Skill and Auxiliary Skill.
- Foundation skills such as creative thinking, good communication skill, interest to learn new technology and attitude of the student.
- Auxiliary skills such as AI, ML, IOT, Cloud Computing, Blockchain technology are also important to get good offer.
- Kewyn also discussed Metaverse, Web3 and Demystifying the myth and math elaborately.
- He also encouraged students to think about entrepreneurship skills and opportunities
- Finally, he concluded his speech with three important definitions of success:
- Be faithful to yourself and family
- Education is the right positive weapon to achieve everything
- Create positive environment around us and help everyone who needs help
- He also interacted with all students and cleared their doubts in his thought provoking words.
