NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS) – UNIT
The NSS unit of SRM IST, Ramapuram has organized an inter school competition on 25.02.2023. This competition contains events such as essay writing, drawing, elocution and dance, and NSS coordinators of various departments were assigned in charges for the conduction of these events. All the teachers and students from various schools were welcomed by Dr. A. R. Bharatharaja, NSS coordinator (S&H). The students from various schools were participated in the essay writing, drawing and elocution competitions (FN) held at East block, CSH, SRM IST, Ramapuram. The dance competition was held on the same day (AN) at AV hall, SRM IST, Ramapuram. The entire events were successfully completed, and the winners were finalized by the respective judges of these events. The prize distribution of these competitions were held on 03.03.2023 at Gallery hall, 3rd floor, Block V, CSH, SRM IST, Ramapuram. Dr. A. R. Bharatharaja, NSS coordinator (S&H) has formally welcomed and introduced the chief guest, Dr. J. Sulaiman, Director, NCSS, The New College. Dr. J. Dhilipan (VP-administration) was presided over this program, and honoured the chief guest. The prizes for the winners of various events (conducted on 25.02.2023) were distributed by the chief guest. Subsequently, Dr. Salomi Bhakiyajothi (Commerce-ISM) has thanked the chief guest and the volunteers on this event.
