Day:1 – “ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND NEW VENTURE CREATION”
- Brief Discussion about the syllabus and insist the importance of subject with real scenario.
- Discussed about the input for entrepreneurial effort and planning and also to make insight knowledge of Entrepreneurship and New venture creation.
Day:2 – “FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT”
- Gave introduction about financial management and brief about the financial decision making procedure and their application in complex situation
- Enlightened the knowledge of acquiring about the source of finance
Day:3 – “CORPORATE LAW”
- Discussed about the legislatives associated with join stock company form of organization and its functioning.
- Focussed on importance of FEMA, Competition Act and IPR
Day:4 – “DERIVATIVE MANAGEMENT”
- Elaborate about the overall application of derivative management
- Enlighten the knowledge in stock market with derivatives.
Day:5 – “ADVABCED ACCOUNTANCY”
- Brief Introduction about the special Accounts such as Branch Accounts, Departmental Accounts, and Higher Purchase Account.
- Proper understanding about the partnership accounts.
Day:6 – “ORGANIZATION CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT”
- Brief introduction about the concepts of organizational change and its impact.
- Elaborate about the conceptual knowledge of organizational structures and changes for development.
