Day:1  – “ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND NEW VENTURE CREATION”

  1. Brief Discussion about the syllabus and insist the importance of subject with real scenario.
  2. Discussed about the input for entrepreneurial effort and planning and also to make insight knowledge of Entrepreneurship and New venture creation.

Day:2  – “FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT”

  1. Gave introduction about financial management and brief about the financial decision making procedure and their application in complex situation
  2. Enlightened the knowledge of acquiring about the source of finance

Day:3  – “CORPORATE LAW”

  1. Discussed about the legislatives associated with join stock company form of organization and its functioning.
  2. Focussed on importance of FEMA, Competition Act and IPR

Day:4  – “DERIVATIVE MANAGEMENT”

  1. Elaborate about the overall application of derivative management
  2. Enlighten the knowledge in stock market with derivatives.

Day:5  – “ADVABCED ACCOUNTANCY”

  1. Brief Introduction about the special Accounts such as Branch Accounts, Departmental Accounts, and Higher Purchase Account.
  2. Proper understanding about the partnership accounts.

Day:6  – “ORGANIZATION CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT”

  1. Brief introduction about the concepts of organizational change and its impact.
  2. Elaborate about the conceptual knowledge of organizational structures and changes for development.

The entire  six days session was fully interactive and energetic.
