School of Management, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram campus organized a webinar on “Why should you build a business?” on 11-12-2020 by the Entrepreneurial club. The aim of this webinar is to motivate and encourage students to own their start-ups. The Resource person of the webinar Ms.Hasneen Sheela Shereef, Head of Marketing and communication, TCS – Middle East and Africa started with the question that Why should you build your own business?. She also stated that there is a growth for global start-ups and large opportunities available for venture capital. Students must have a vision to develop their business and must have a timeline for that. Ms. Sheela also pointed out that we need to focus on prospective customers, investors to convert their ideas into reality. She also pointed out a few retailers who are successful in their business.
